The Yamaha WR250X/R 2008+ World Sport Performance Motorcycle Seat is shown with the standard CarbonFX fabric seat insert and Topstitch (no piping).
The other images show Black and Racing Blue piping.
Specifically developed for the narrow Dual Sport Adventure Touring bikes, the XT-SERIES motorcycle seats have been engineered from the bottom up to increase the width of the riding platform by nearly 39%. This larger seating area provides greater comfort without compromising the riding experience and maneuverability. Rider tested and approved, the XT-SERIES adventure touring motorcycle seats are a major improvement over the OEM plank-style seat.
The XT-SERIES seats start with a precision-moulded, lightweight PolyTec base pan and feature our unique support extensions providing critical additional support that the OEM seat base lacks. These base pan extensions combined with our premium Super Cell Atomic Foam are the key to support and comfort. The improved foam suspension and added support result in better distribution of pressure over a much greater seating area. Gel-Free! Superior comfort and suspension without the thermal retention and extra weight of gel. And the ergonomically correct riding platform minimizes the pressure points that cause fatigue and pain.
Expertly engineered, the XT-SERIES dual sport seat will put you on the road to increased riding time and comfort.
Right out of the box and onto the bike - these seats are fully assembled and ready to install.
The World Sport Seat for the WR250X/R features our marine-grade, UV-stabilised, colour-coordinated upholstery which is hand-sewn specifically to maximise the qualities of the Super Cell Atomic Foam.
The upholstery is virtually maintenance free, requiring only periodic washing as usual.

Seat Height Information
The World Sport Performance Seat for the Yamaha WR250X/R 2008+ offers a wider, slightly dished seating contour to minimise pressure points.NOTE:
Actual "seat to ground" dimensions may vary depending on rider weight, anatomy, and motorcycle suspension settings.
While the nominal seat height is the same for both the OEM and Sargent seats, the Sargent seat may give a slightly longer (approx 1cm) reach to the ground due to the shoulder beneath the thigh.

|Add-On Heat for Sargent seats
The heat is provided by a special unobtrusive fine gauge wire element which does not compromise comfort.
The Add-On heat package of Control and Installation Kit includes a built in relay and in-line fuse for safety, and is installed "switched" so there is no danger of battery drain when the bike is turned off.
Each heated seating area (front or rear) is supplied with its own heat Control.
Each heated zone draws approximately 2 amps (or 24 watts), and dual zone installations will draw approximately 4 amps (or 48 watts) at full power.
Our new "Advanced Comfort Control" offers maximum comfort, delivering a fully variable range of heat from Off to Full Power and anywhere in between.
Unlike competitive products which are just simple on or off bi-metallic thermostats that are affected by ambient temperatures, our Control supplies a full range of consistent heat delivery in all weather conditions.
The Control is completely waterproof and can be conveniently mounted within view using the enclosed Velcro strips.
The adjustable power and brightness settings are displayed in a LED bar graph that shows the exact heat setting, and is visible day or night.IMPORTANT: The optional heat draws around 20 watts / 1.7 amps.
Before specifying the Heat option, you should check the output of the motorcycle's generator and add up all the running electrical demands on the bike such as lights, stop light, indicators, engine etc.
If the output of the alternator is only just enough to support the bike, then adding the heat option will simply drain the battery of your bike, so it should not be chosen.
