We always endeavour to process your order right away, but orders are only processed on usual Business days, ie; Monday to Friday.
We try to make it a rule not to work on public holidays!
For items that are IN STOCK, there are two UK delivery options:
STANDARD DELIVERY - this is FREE: your order will normally be DESPATCHED to you within 3 BUSINESS days.
FAST DESPATCH - this is charged at £10.00 inc vat: For orders received by 13:00 we will normally be able to despatch the same day, otherwise it will be the next BUSINESS day.
For the UK Mainland shipments should be delivered NEXT BUSINESS DAY after despatch. This is NOT a guaranteed service - it could be two days but that's very unusual.
For outlying areas of Scotland, and all islands, delivery can take a few days longer.
For items that are OUT OF STOCK, you will be advised of a prospective delivery date within 2 business days of our receiving your order.
Please note - prospective delivery dates are based on production schedules and expected shipments dates from the USA and can be subject to change.
We do try to keep the most popular seats and configurations in stock, but with so many potential combinations of piping, height and add-ons, we cannot keep everything in stock.
For items that are out of stock, generally speaking the backorder time will be from 2 to 8 weeks - it all depends at which point you find us in our monthly stock order cycle.
The average is 4 weeks.

As all deliveries require a signature, we ask that you provide a delivery address (different to the invoice address if necessary) where there is someone present during the working day to receive the goods.
You may enter delivery instructions in the 'Enter any special delivery instructions' Box on the second checkout page.
EUROPEAN DELIVERIES

European orders usually take from 3 to 6 working days to be delivered, depending on the country of destination.
We only despatch goods once we have received payment in full from you or your agent.
All goods will require a signature on delivery, whether it be by Royal Mail or Carrier, UK or European.
